  • Broken, scratched, deep cuts and cracked screen devices are already out of warranty. 
  • Any services conducted to your device may void any manufacturer’s warranty provided by manufacturer unless we use genuine part’s*.
  • No warranty on Liquid damage, jailbroken, rooted, and on devices repaired previously by someone else other than Xtreme tech.
  • Repair may require us to software/hardware reset your device, customer is solely responsible for proper back up of their devices and are encouraged to do back up prior to the actual repair is performed. 
  • 90 days warranty on parts installed by Xtreme tech, warranty does not cover accidents, liquid damage, personal negligence, scratches or act of god.
  • No warranty on any parts installed not purchased from Xtreme tech.
  • Customer is responsible for labour to reverse any install/ service performed on the device upon their request.
  • Customer is advised to back up any data on the device being repair. We are not responsible for any data loss.
  • We will hold the unpaid device for maximum 60 days. it will then be sold to cover our cost.
  • Virus/ Malware infection and corrupt windows OS is not covered under warranty.


  • Brand new item comes with 12 months manufacturer limited warranty.
  • All refurbished and used items come with a 90 days warranty from the date of purchase.
  • Strictly no refunds on used/ refurbished items. only exchange within 7 days in its original state when we sold otherwise Xtreme tech reserve the right to reject the device.
  • No refunds on special orders.
  • 10% voucher only applies to the following items i.e. accessories, refurbished/ used mobile phones, tablets, consoles, computer and laptops.
  • Please keep the provided receipt which sent over by email or a hard copy for warranty process. We do not hold any responsibility of loss of receipt and it may reject your claim.


  • Free shipping is on selected item or order over £100*
  • Dispatch and delivery time may vary during holidays or festive time.


  • Unlocking time frame may vary if service is unstable or during holidays period.
  • Blacklisted/ Barred phones cannot be unlocked via normal service. Please ask for premium service at 01382-521695 or info@xtremetechservices.com
  • Full refund on unlocking if code not found or service unavailable.
  • Strictly no refund on wrong network or if phone gets blacklisted during process.
  • Once unlocking is processed it can’t be cancelled or refund.
